‘Light’ and ‘Heavy’ have no universal common meaning, no set definition. Instead, they represent a spectrum of emotion, colour, and meaning. To call something light or heavy can be an act of individual perception. This month, these poets explored the wide sphere of what can be felt, seen, or imagined in our lives as either light or heavy.
